What does GT Form manufacture?
GT Form develops and builds thermoforming machines, moulds and stacking automation systems. Machine development and in-house mould making are combined under one roof, and GT Form supplies complete turnkey production lines.
Which thermoforming machines does GT Form offer?
Tilting-mould thermoforming machines with in-mould cutting (GT 7030, GT 7030 M, GT 7050 M and GT 8565 M) as well as pressure forming machines with steel rule cutting (GTS 900 and GTS 1000).
Which materials can the machines process?
Depending on the model, PP, PS, PET and PLA. The GTS 900 and GTS 1000 also process PVC and OPS.
What output do GT Form machines achieve?
The GT 8565 M produces up to 113,400 parts per hour at 35 cycles per minute. The GTS 900 and GTS 1000 run at up to 70 cycles per minute.
